Each issue is approximately 32 pages in length and articles include case studies, research articles, interviews with fellow reflexologists, conference reports, new techniques, business management, book reviews, upcoming events, news and much more.

It is published 4 times per year, in March, June, September and December.

Reflexology World is not sold on newstands and is only available by subscription. Reflexology World is distributed by email only.
